Strawberry Ghosts

I made these cute little Ghost Strawberries last year and plan to make them again this year!  They are so easy and so cute...great to make if you are having a Halloween party!  

1.  Clean your strawberries and cut off the tops.

2.  Let them sit to dry on a cloth for a few minutes
3.  Melt white chocolate chips...I use the microwave setting it on 30 seconds, then 15 seconds as many times as needed until they are melted.

4.  Dip the strawberries in the chocolate, set them on wax paper on a cookie sheet, then add the eyes and nose using sprinkles.  (Add the sprinkles right away because the chocolate hardens pretty quick).

5.  Set them in the fridge and take them out when ready to eat.
