Feature Friday: Butterfly Love Dress

I ordered the Kid’s Butterfly Dress for my daughter to wear during
this VERY hot and dry summer weather. The colors were cool with
hints of pinks and yellows throughout the dress. It is made using
light fabrics, which keeps things cool on those hot days. The dress is
her absolute favorite thing to wear! She even asks to wear it for bed
sometimes! She loves the giant butterfly that is sewn onto the front
of the dress, which has threads of different colors, and it even has
sequences sewn inside of it. The Butterfly Dress is made up of different panels
that are all different patterns; most of them are a floral pattern.
The dress has a v-shaped neck. There are strings that attach to the
top of the v neck, and are about 23” long, and can hook into the back
of the dress to tie, allowing for adjustability and a comfortable fit.
This helps the dress fit during those growth spurts when it seems that
nothing wants to fit right! There is also an elastic band around the
back that offers a little ‘give’ for the child. My daughter
usually wears a size 5, but I bought a size 6 for her. It has a great
length, but is a little big around the sides, which I like because it
will allow her to be able to wear it a little longer. During the
cooler months I can put a long sleeve t-shirt and leggings under the
dress to keep her warm, and it looks just as cute. The Butterfly Dress
is just beautiful, I highly recommend it! ~Angela
