I did a lot of research and found that everyone does it just a little different. I took what I learned and came up with a way that works for me. I use the baking soda and water mix in place of the shampoo, then use the apple cider vinegar and water mixture in place of a conditioner.
I made the video below a year ago and since then have gone back and forth between the no poo method and my natural shampoo. After about a month of using the no poo my hair dries out so I will switch to shampoo for a week or so and then go back. I have heard that by adding rosemary to the baking soda mix helps with the dryness, but I haven't tried this yet. If you have any tricks on helping with dryness, please let me know!

I went No Poo almost two years ago and LOVE IT! Not only am I cutting out awful chemicals and two plastic bottles every month, I don't have to go to the store (or without a wash) if I run out ;)
