One of my favorite parts about this blog is using it to write about our outdoor family adventures. It is so fun to document these fun times and look back on what we have done. My husband, Andy, also enjoys writing about nature, outdoor adventures, and getting your kids to enjoy the great outdoors. Over the past couple of years we have received several emails from folks asking for tips on taking kids camping, hiking, snowshoeing, etc.
We don't feel like we are experts on the matter, but we do have a lot of experience in taking our kids along with us on outdoor excursions. There have been major melt downs and disasters along the way, but we have worked hard to fine tune things and have a lot of information to offer others.
For these reasons, Andy has decided to start his own blog that is totally dedicated to Kids Loving Nature (the name of his blog). He will be writing articles offering ideas, tips, and inspiration on teaching your children to discover, learn, and love nature. I am already really enjoying his articles and I think you will also.
