Andy and I own Hip Mountain Mama, but we also run all the day to day operations. The accounting, the blogs, orders, customer service, website, ad work, purchasing...everything! At times it can be overwhelming, but most of the time it is fun!One of my favorite times during the week is our weekly meeting at our local coffee shop! It is a great way to step away from the office, have a nice drink, and discuss things about the business. These meetings have been so important for us to get on the same page and to set goals for the coming days.
Working from home and growing our family business has been so amazing...but one of the most important things we remind ourselves is to make sure we are living life to the fullest and having a ton of fun!
